We care about your safety more than anything at Dobbin St. Although events don't look the same right now, they are still just as special. Here are the guidelines we've put in place to protect you, your guests & our staff.
PRECAUTION PRIOR TO EVENT
Prevention and protection keeps us and your event safe
We advise that all guest invited perform a Covid-19 test a week prior to your event.
Guest that test negative is suggested to continue the good work, wear a mask, wash hands frequently and social distance for the days leading up to your special day!
ON YOUR EVENT DATE
Only outdoor events are permitted at this moment. You may use the main space for a small portion of the event.
All guest and staff will be temperature checked prior to entering the venue with an infrared thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 F will not be allowed in the venue.
1-hour prior to event all surfaces in the building will be re-sanitized including bathrooms and kitchen
After each event the building will be sanitized thoroughly
GUESTS
Dobbin St will strictly follow guidelines set from government on guest-count allowance
Each table can sit a maximum of 10 guests and each table much be separated by 6 ft.
Dobbin St will provide alternative floor-plans
Spread out ceremony chair arrangements
STAFF PROTOCOL
All Dobbin St staff must test negative prior to working at Dobbin St within a week of the event but no less than 3 days prior to the event (as testing improves, negative test must be submitted the day prior)
Dobbin St staff will be provided PPE including face shield, masks, gloves & sanitizing stations
Staff must wear face shields, mask and gloves at all times
A separate Covid-19 venue manager will be assigned to each event. Responsibilities will include:
Test guests temperature prior to entering the venue with an infrared thermometer
Enforce CDC and government guidelines on social distancing, safety and sanitation
Ensure all staff and vendors washes their hands every 30 minutes and are wearing a mask at all times
SANITATION
Before & after each event all surfaces in the building will be sanitized thoroughly
Prior and after each event Dobbin St cleaning staff will perform a deep clean of the venue
Dobbin St will provide sanitizer stations throughout the building for easy access to guests
Caterer will be allowed to use sidewalk in front of building and the main space for sanit / prep to allow more space for catering team to use
